This is the first new CTS-V I’ve seen in the wild, complete with a bug massacre on the front. I need one at once.
Also saw this very clean and extremely plutocratic Mercedes-Benz S600 Coupe. In case Oppo hasn’t yet figured it out, I love all iterations of the CL/S Class coupe.

I think the CTS-V is maybe the best new car that came out in 2015.
As for that generation S-Class coupe meh

It looks great, but somehow I like the regular trim look better. Wouldn’t have either one towed out of my garage, though.

I got to ride in a V-Sport some time back (for some reason I can’t even remember if I got seat time) and it’s a fantastic performer in its own right.

It got you so excited you can’t remember?!

The face on that W140 reminds me of a early Cadillac DTS(?)

Completely agree. If it wasn’t for the Hellcats, this would have been the highest horsepower, highest top speed, fastest lapping production sedan in the world (if not ever). Still faster than a ZR1 around Leguna Seca and sexy as hell.

The CTS-V is faster around Laguna Seca than an old ZR-1? That's nuts

But unlike the Hellcat, you won't get laughed at when attending most normal daily social functions and errands. I mean, I love the concept of the Hellcat, but you could not pay me to send that kind of signal to the world around me. I couldn't afford all the speeding tickets for going 2mph over the limit, either.

I am just waiting for depreciation to bring the 2nd gen CTS-V into my range. I love how they look.
